November Product Update

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! We want to start off this week by saying thank you to all of you – our customers, supporters and fans. We wouldn’t be here without you. We’re feeling well-fed coming out of the holiday weekend, yet hungry for what lies ahead. Let’s jump in!

Bundles

Pricing and packaging are key to any effective business strategy. With bundles we introduce tools to help you manage the way you package your products.

With bundles, craft the perfectly-packaged offering for your customers while retaining complete control over how individual plan components are priced.

Use bundles to manage customer contracts, effectively group plans for reporting purposes, or to overhaul the UX on your pricing page.
Have questions about how to set up your first bundles? Don’t hesitate to reach out

Variable Credit Overage Costs

In conjunction with bundles we’ve added support for variable credit overage costs. If you are a business that charges customers based on credits, you can now charge dynamic overage costs based on the tier of service to which they are subscribed.

Lower unit overage costs are a great way to incentivize customers to upgrade into a larger plan. Set up bundles with a specified overage cost per credit, and allow customers to pay for excess consumption at the configured rate.

Dashboard Experience Enhancements

The dashboard just got better! We’ve made a number of improvements to the useability and experience throughout the dashboard to make your lives easier. Search for customers, load old invoices, and track customer credit consumption easily from within the dashboard portal.

Are there other ways we could make your experience in the product more pleasant? Please let us know!

Your feedback to these product updates is a highlight each month. Your input – positive, negative, or otherwise, is immensely helpful. Whether you realize it or not, you play a huge part in shaping our roadmap. So thank you.

Questions? Thoughts? Ideas? We’d love to hear what you think!

As always, more is coming soon.

Stay tuned,

Adam
